Beseeching Buddha's delegate

Look Down, Fair Moon

L
OOK down, fair moon, and bathe this scene;

Pour softly down night's nimbus floods, on faces ghastly, swollen,
purple;

On the dead, on their backs, with their arms toss'd wide,
Pour down your unstinted nimbus, sacred moon.

Walt Whitman

Ko Burmakin,

In Ava era, when To Han Bwa was committing massacre to the monks,a monk seethed with anger and tears got to the top of the tower- hitting incessantly the big drum- sending the Bo Taw Sakka (Tett-kya)an urgent message to help the monks-complaining Buddha handed him Sarsana and he took granted what was happening unfair to the Sarsana (Buddha's religion). But Sakka of Tawataintha (heaven) seemed to be hypnotic with 500x2 queens and never came to help the monks. And the monks were cruelly prosecuted.

Sakha was still sleeping from Ava to this dark age. May your complaint for a nimbus of moonlight be coming from heaven soon after this time.

Tikya Min has never released his god's army to help Burmese people. So is from US or UN.Don't hope such kind of messianic help.

In 88' uprising,I got to the jungle that the US would install us with arms and we could fight back. Actually we had been so illusive to be informative that the ages of Thakin Aung San and thirty comrades had been any more relevant in our period.

When i become old for another twenty years, I began to realize that not only Burma but the world also has never been with an
unstinted nimbus of fair moon.

with so regret for past illusion,
A student leader of 88

Be yourself a delegate,

I think we cannot hope for others' help. We have to stand on our own feet and do something however small it may be. Please donate a small portion of your income to Sasana.

There is a saying "when the truth is just ting her boot laces,the wrong have already wandered round the earth".

This poetry reflected boisterous demand of deep sad feeling for unfairness prevailing in human society(no matter Burma or America).The poet knew the powerless nature of people to combat unfairness and as a last recourse,he tried to see a glimpse of fair moon from Heaven.

This is my opinion. Anybody can correct me if they have alternative views.

Hello Ma Thiri,

It doesn't matter whether the King of Heaven is soporific all the time or not. It really matters in a way people of Burma are somnolent all the time not to struggle to liberate from their enslavement.

I am wandering why Burmese people are thoroughly like the somnolent cats.Why the regime's generals are also like the narcotic pigs not to stand on people's side.Do you have answers for it?
